Affaire Centrepay : condamnation 2024, appel accueilli en 2026 et nouvelle tentative de recours du régulateur

Civil / administrative proceedings

En 2024, la Federal Court avait retenu 16 156 manquements liés à l’information et au remboursement de 483 clients Centrepay et imposé 25 M AUD de pénalités à quatre filiales d’AGL. Le 19 août 2026, la Full Federal Court a accueilli l’appel d’AGL contre les constatations et pénalités. Le 16 septembre 2026, l’AER a demandé l’autorisation spéciale de saisir la High Court.
