2020–2023: Domestic abuse allegations by Olga Sharypova — independent ATP investigation finds insufficient evidence

Investigation

Former partner Olga Sharypova publicly accused Zverev of several episodes of violence, including in Shanghai in 2019. Zverev consistently denied the allegations. The ATP commissioned a fifteen-month independent investigation involving interviews, digital data and documents; it found insufficient reliable evidence to substantiate the allegations or establish a breach of ATP rules.
