Acquisition de Hovis : enquête approfondie puis autorisation sans condition de la CMA

Investigation

Après l’accord annoncé en août 2025 pour l’acquisition de Hovis, la CMA ouvre une enquête, renvoie l’opération en phase 2 et formule en mars 2026 une préoccupation provisoire en Irlande du Nord. Le 16 juin 2026, elle autorise finalement l’opération sans condition, estimant notamment qu’Allied Bakeries aurait vraisemblablement quitté le marché sans la transaction.

Fermeture du site bioéthanol Vivergo après pertes et désaccord sur le cadre économique

Rana Plaza : présence d’un fournisseur Primark et programme d’indemnisation
