SEC : 10 millions de dollars de pénalité pour notification tardive d’une cyber-intrusion de 2021

La SEC constate qu’ICE a causé le défaut de notification en temps utile de neuf filiales soumises à Regulation SCI après la découverte d’une intrusion liée à une vulnérabilité VPN en avril 2021. ICE accepte une pénalité de 10 millions de dollars ; les filiales et ICE consentent à l’ordre sans admission ni dénégation.

CMA : acquisition de Trayport jugée anticoncurrentielle et obligation de céder l’activité

No legal proceedings

Après l’acquisition de Trayport par ICE en décembre 2015, la CMA conclut en 2016 que l’opération risque de réduire la concurrence sur le trading de utilities européennes. L’autorité impose la cession de Trayport ; le Competition Appeal Tribunal confirme l’essentiel de l’analyse en 2017 et la vente à TMX Group est achevée en décembre 2017.
