Des affiliés de TRUMPF engagent en Allemagne deux actions devant la Juridiction unifiée du brevet en alléguant que certains lasers Adjustable Mode Beam d’IPG violent deux brevets européens. IPG conteste les allégations et, en janvier 2026, engage parallèlement au Texas une action contre TRUMPF sur un brevet américain distinct.
