Jean-Michel Di Falco

Pierre-Jean Pagès accuses Jean-Michel Di Falco of sexual violence when he was a minor between 1972 and 1975. The criminal complaint filed in 2001 was closed because the limitation period had expired. Following lengthy civil proceedings, the Paris Court of Appeal ruled on 26 March 2026 that wrongful sexual conduct had caused bodily harm and awarded approximately 192 000 euros in compensation.

In Willy Le Devin's investigation and book published in 2026, Inès Chatin names Di Falco among men associated with her childhood memories and states that she requested another interview with the child protection police. The journalist describes his role as remaining « unclear » and reports an allegation that he was present during a degrading photography session.
