Une action collective déposée en 2020 contre Magna International of America et des responsables de son plan 401(k) alléguait des manquements fiduciaires au titre d’ERISA concernant les frais et options d’investissement. Après plusieurs décisions procédurales, les parties ont conclu un accord de principe en mai 2024; l’approbation finale a été accordée le 10 janvier 2025.

Litige commercial avec Ford sur 352 millions USD de coûts de deux rappels, résolu par paiement de 132 millions USD
