Civil / administrative proceedings

Le 23 août 2021, la CCI inflige à Maruti Suzuki une sanction de 200 crores de roupies pour contrôle anticoncurrentiel des remises de ses distributeurs. La société conteste la décision; en novembre 2021 le NCLAT suspend son application moyennant un dépôt de 10 % et l’appel demeure traité dans les communications ultérieures.
