Technician's complaint, investigation and conviction for psychological harassment by electronic means

Conviction

A former technician on the « Cupidon Tour » filed a complaint in October 2024 concerning events after a concert at the Zénith in Saint-Étienne in December 2023. Prosecutors opened an investigation initially described as concerning sexual harassment aggravated by the use of digital media. After investigation and reclassification, Slimane admitted the facts under a guilty plea procedure (CRPC) and was fined 10 000 euros, including 3 000 suspended, on 16 September 2025 for psychological harassment committed by electronic means.

Second technician's complaint alleging sexual assault and attempted sexual assault, case closed without further action

Investigation

In November 2024, a second technician filed a complaint against Slimane for sexual assault and attempted sexual assault concerning the same night in December 2023 in Saint-Étienne. Following investigation, prosecutors stated in September 2025 that the allegations in the other complaints could not be substantiated and the cases had been closed without further action.

Performance with Vitaa at Bercy despite objections from technicians
