No legal proceedings

Thomas Buberl committed AXA to acquiring XL Group for $15.3 billion, paying a premium of approximately 33 % to transform the group into a global leader in commercial property and casualty insurance. AXA shares fell nearly 10 % on the announcement, and several analysts considered the price high and the financing risky.
