Après une enquête ouverte en janvier 2026, la SAMR conclut que Trip.com a abusé depuis 2020 de sa position dominante sur le marché chinois des plateformes de réservation hôtelière en ligne, notamment via des exigences d’exclusivité pour certains hôtels et une obligation de prix le plus bas. Elle ordonne la cessation et inflige confiscation et amende pour un total de 5,179 milliards de RMB.
