On 20 December 2023, Vitaa and her family were subjected to a violent home invasion at their residence in Rueil-Malmaison. Armed men threatened those present before leaving with jewellery and bags, among other items. Following an investigation and several suspects being formally placed under investigation, seven men were committed for trial before a criminal court in March 2026 for their alleged roles in a series of home invasions.

Slimane retained as guest performer at Bercy despite objections from tour technicians

No legal proceedings

In December 2024, several technicians working on Vitaa's tour objected to Slimane appearing as a guest at her Bercy concert, after two technicians from Slimane's tour had filed complaints against him. Some considered exercising their right to withdraw from work and alleged pressure from production management. Slimane ultimately performed with Vitaa.

Former manager's fraud: false invoices also concerned Vitaa's projects

Conviction — against a third party

Protagonist is the victim — these proceedings are not counted in their formal charges or convictions.

A former manager who had worked with Gims and Vitaa was sentenced in 2021 to twenty-four months' imprisonment, twelve of them suspended, for defrauding Universal Music of nearly 300 000 euros through false invoices. The investigation established that some fictitious invoices also related to projects involving Vitaa.
