Désignation américaine comme « Communist Chinese Military Company », injonction puis annulation

Le Department of Defense désigne Xiaomi en janvier 2021 comme Communist Chinese Military Company, ce qui devait entraîner des restrictions d'investissement. Xiaomi saisit le tribunal fédéral; le 12 mars 2021, le juge accorde une injonction préliminaire en estimant notamment Xiaomi très susceptible de réussir sur ses arguments APA. La désignation est ensuite annulée en mai 2021.
