Police pay: PRRB recommendations exceed government's affordability assumptions

No legal proceedings

As chair of the Police Remuneration Review Body, Billingham signed recommendations emphasising recruitment, retention and budgetary pressure risks within police forces while challenging an excessively narrow interpretation of affordability.
