A fan sought damages for use of her image in the documentary series Anitta: Made in Honório. In June 2026, the press reported that Rio's 9th Civil Chamber had upheld a ruling in Anitta's favour dismissing the claim.

An events organiser, Poliana, sued Anitta following alleged unauthorised use of a viral video on the artist's social media. After differing court decisions during the proceedings, Anitta reached a settlement in July 2026 providing for payment of 33,000 reais to close the case.
