Des acquéreurs du projet Beijing Zhonghai Shougang Tianxi déclarent que les supports commerciaux présentaient une façade principalement en aluminium et vitrage, alors que la façade réalisée comportait un autre matériau. Les journalistes identifient le promoteur local Beijing Jinan Xingye Real Estate Development comme société du réseau China Overseas.
