Financial flows involving SOS Racisme and FIDL: breach of trust investigation, no trial and formal warning

Case dismissed / dropped

A preliminary investigation opened in 2008 following a report from Tracfin examined financial flows amounting to several hundred thousand euros between associations close to Julien Dray, notably FIDL and the Parrains de SOS Racisme, and accounts or expenditure relating to him.
