Civil / administrative proceedings

Une contamination des eaux souterraines a été découverte entre 1982 et 1990 sur et autour du site de Lindsay, Nebraska. Le site a été inscrit sur la liste prioritaire Superfund en 1989 et la société a conclu un consent decree avec l’EPA en 1992. La remédiation reste suivie ; au 31 août 2025, Lindsay comptabilisait environ 10,6 M$ de coût estimé agrégé et travaillait encore avec l’EPA et le Nebraska sur le plan final.
