Iernut : résiliation du contrat Duro Felguera pour retards et risque d’arbitrage

Après un contrat de finition de 2023 et la prolongation du délai jusqu’à juin 2025, Romgaz notifie en septembre 2025 puis rend effective en octobre la résiliation du contrat Duro Felguera, invoquant des retards et des obligations non respectées. Romgaz prend en charge la suite des travaux et étudie l’assistance juridique pour d’éventuels litiges.
