No legal proceedings

From 2022, Chris Eubank Sr publicly opposed his son's fight against Conor Benn at 157 lb, saying the weight reduction was dangerous and even using the word 'suicide'. The father-son relationship then deteriorated sharply. In 2025, Eubank Sr described Eubank Jr as a 'disgrace' after the egg incident involving Benn and repeatedly stated that he would not be in his corner, before a dramatic reconciliation on the evening of the April fight.
