CDJM opinion: failure to challenge serious unsubstantiated accusations against Taha Bouhafs

No legal proceedings

During a November 2020 programme, Éric Zemmour described Taha Bouhafs as an 'indigenist' and 'Islamist' activist. Following numerous complaints, CDJM concluded in January 2021 that Christine Kelly should have requested factual evidence supporting those allegations and that her failure to respond effectively endorsed them.
