9–23 June 2026: House hearing — Groff denies knowledge of crimes despite highly sceptical questioning

No legal proceedings

Groff was questioned for approximately eight hours by the House Oversight Committee. She acknowledged scheduling duties but denied meeting the masseuses, knowing their ages, knowing that minors visited Epstein or understanding that massages could be sexualised. July 2026: six survivors tell CNN Groff lied to Congress; committee considers affidavits

Allegations

Six survivors interviewed by CNN disputed several answers Groff gave to Congress. They claimed to have met her, discussed their ages with her or been paid directly by her, contrary to some of her answers. The House Oversight Committee began comparing her transcript with available evidence and discussed receiving sworn statements from survivors.
