Investigation

In a National Directorate of Tax Investigations inquiry, a Marseille judge authorised searches and seizures in June 2021 targeting, among others, Merit Corporation, a Lebanese holding company linked to the Saadé family, and IFCO, at premises connected to the CMA CGM ecosystem.
